Xiangmin Fan · Design & technology
I’m Xiangmin. I design and build simple, useful
things for the digital world.
A little curiosity. A lot of possibility.
I’m a designer, builder, and curious person who enjoys turning complex ideas into simple, useful experiences.
My work sits at the intersection of creativity and technology. Away from the screen, you’ll find me exploring new places, reading something interesting, or starting a small side project.

A few ideas brought to life.
An interactive, zoomable pixel-art map of Málaga’s city centre. Generated with a fine-tuned diffusion model (Qwen-Image-Edit + a custom Málaga LoRA) from Google 3D Tiles renders, then stitched into a gigapixel deep-zoom map with a minimap, a random-landmark button and mobile support.
Learn to read the 12-lead ECG step by step: an eight-stage path from the basics to a full report, unlimited skill drills, real cases from PTB-XL, a pattern atlas and timed exams. In English, Spanish and Chinese.
A seat-availability map for the University of Málaga libraries. Pick a library, day and floor, then tap a seat on the illustrated floor plan to see whether it’s free until closing, free in some time slots, or taken.
